*Additional nights will be prorated based on the weekly rental rate. Receive 10% off your total rental fee for stays of 15 nights or longer.
**Tourist tax does not apply to persons younger than 13 years of age. Residents of Bonaire, St. Eustachius, Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten, and Saba are exempt.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice amount is due at time of reservation
• Final payment of the total invoice amount is due 45 days prior to arrival
• Payments may be made by electronic bank transfer, certified bank check, credit card

• Refund less a $250 cancellation fee if written notice is received 35 days prior to arrival date.

• A representative will greet you at the airport to take you to the villa and hand over the keys
• Bedroom and bathroom linens including sheets, bath towels, blankets
• A local property manager is available in case of problems or emergencies
• Free access to wireless internet
• Use of BCD and wetsuit hangers for drying gear

In addition to the rental fee and tourist tax, the following costs may apply to you:

• Airfare
• Departure Fee (aprox. USD$35.00) may now be included on some airlines' tickets and paid at the time you purchase your ticket
• Bonaire Marine Park Tag (USD$25 for scuba divers, UDS$10 for snorkelers payable in cash only)
• Food, beverages, etc.
• Air or nitrox tanks and gear rentals
• Vehicle rental & insurance
• Insurance on personal items
• Abnormal power and water use costs
